• although I have found some things that have helped me to crawl out of over 30 years of severe disability, I still don't have anything like normal capacities, and
• because of these limitations, I'm not always available at the times you might be likely to call.

That said, I'd like to assure you that I really am here.  I'm a real person, not a figment of someone's warped business imagination.
