Primal Defense® ULTRA from Garden of Life® is the ultimate high potency, broad-spectrum probiotic formula on the market today. I have been using high-quality — and very expensive — probiotics since about 1982, and I have never come across anything that holds a candle to Primal Defense® ULTRA. The closest thing I've found is PB Assist, from dōTERRA® (which may be better, in the short term for acute situations, but doesn't quite equal Primal Defense® ULTRA for on-going use).

If I had to choose one supplement to take, apart from enzymes, it would be a probiotic. Primal Defense® — and now, Primal Defense® ULTRA — is the best overall probiotic I've ever seen. This product, along with therapeutic-grade essential oils, has given me back my life.
That said, Garden of Life's RAW Probiotic is, I feel, even better. I've had customer comments in agreement with that assessment. But, as important as probiotic supplements are, it's even better if you can find a good food source for probiotics. For that, I've been really impressed with the products from Beyond Organic, particularly the kefir drink, Asamai and the fermented whey drink, SeuroViv. They also have a fabulous chocolate, with omega-3s, as well as probiotics. I highly recomment them.
