BodyGize™ (formerly called Body Balance™) is an advanced protein and mineral formula, designed to provide you with the essential nutrients needed to support optimal health and balance. It contains a complete amino acid and vitamin profile, with a high level of protein, to maintain muscle tissue.

BodyGize™ may be used as a meal alternative, and is delicious when blended with fresh fruit or juice. I also like it mixed with PowerMeal™ in RiceDream.

Directions: Add 1 scoop to 8-10 fl oz of purified water, juice or low-fat milk, and blend for 30 seconds.
